Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, seeks an industrious manufacturing team member to produce precast concrete products in a union facility. You will join a safety‑driven team responsible for quality and efficiency in a high‑volume environment.

Responsibilities include stripping and cleaning forms, preparing molds, basic carpentry, and maintaining the facility. The role requires a high school diploma and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing or construction experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic math and measurements.
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members.

• Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete.
• Perform basic carpentry skills.
• Facility maintenance and housekeeping.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate in this role will perform a wide range of duties in an industrial manufacturing environment. This individual will be part of a team responsible for safely and efficiently producing precast concrete products of the highest quality standards. This is a union facility.
