Perdue Foods is seeking a WPL Production Associate in a hands-on role where your work directly affects the products customers rely on daily. You will support production lines, palletizing, box room operations, and totes to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.

Safety, teamwork, and adherence to processes guide every shift. The position offers a base rate of $17.75 per hour, with potential pay premiums, shift differentials, overtime where applicable, and a yearly bonus based on

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a distribution warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Works at various stations along the production line processing poultry food products.
• Ability to complete 202 cases an hour.
• Ability to verify labels and safety chain.
• Operates machinery and equipment in accordance with safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area to uphold food safety standards.
• Collaborates with team members to achieve production targets.
• Participates in company and department safety programs.
