Perdue Foods in Milford, Delaware is seeking a WPL Production Associate to help keep our production and distribution operations running smoothly in a fast-paced facility. You will set up production lines, palletize, support the box room, and handle totes while adhering to safety and quality standards.

The role involves working Monday through Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm, with potential overtime and shift premiums.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in a distribution warehouse is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to work extended hours and adhere to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Works at various stations along the production line processing poultry food products.
• Ability to verify labels and safety chain.
• Operates machinery and equipment in accordance with safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area to uphold food safety standards.
• Collaborates with team members to achieve production targets.
• Participates in company and department safety programs.
