Job summary

Perdue Foods in Milford, CT is seeking a WPL Production Associate to support production lines, palletizing, box room operations and totes. You will help ensure products are prepared and delivered with quality, under safety and teamwork standards.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm with overtime. Requires a high school diploma and warehouse experience; offers a competitive benefits package and a base pay of $17.75 per hour with potential premiums and an annual bonus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a distribution warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Works at various stations along the production line processing poultry food products.
• Ability to complete 202 cases an hour.
• Ability to verify labels and safety chain.
• Operates machinery and equipment in accordance with safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area to uphold food safety standards.
• Collaborates with team members to achieve production targets.
• Participates in company and department safety programs.
