National Vision Holdings, Inc. is expanding its optical manufacturing to hire Production Lab Tech – Inventory. This full-time position offers 3-day shifts with a 10% shift differential and a starting pay of $17.05 per hour, plus bi-weekly bonus opportunities and generous PTO.

Roles include processing orders, labeling, and stocking within the lab and inventory areas. No specific education required; English reading/writing essential; prior warehouse or production experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• No specific education required
• No specific experience required for entry level but prior order picking, inventory, warehouse or mass production experience is preferred
• Prior related or optical experience is desirable
• Must be able to read and write English

Responsibilities

• Observe data on job orders, sort and organize orders, RF scanning and other dept tasks
• Productivity focused handling to expedite orders through production
• Inventory duties include printing orders, de-boxing lenses, organizing trays, stock checks
• Return lenses/frames to inventory and assist with order failures and frame loading
