Job summary

CD Okemos 10, LLC (dba Mugg&Bopps) is seeking Production Kitchen Staff to support the preparation and assembly of food products in a production kitchen. You will ensure safety, accuracy, and sanitation while following company recipes and schedules.

Responsibilities include measuring and labeling, packaging support, FIFO inventory rotation, and cooperation with the supervisor to meet daily production needs. Prior kitchen experience is preferred, with eligibility for food safety certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food production or kitchen experience preferred.
• Food safety certification may be required or obtained within a set timeframe.
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items according to recipes, production schedules, and quality standards.
• Measure, portion, and assemble ingredients and finished products.
• Label and date products according to food safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and prep areas.
• Follow allergen procedures and temperature controls.
• Assist with packaging and staging products for delivery to store locations.
• Rotate inventory using FIFO and minimize waste.
• Communicate production needs and shortages to supervisor.
• Support other kitchen duties as assigned.
