Job summary

Graphic Packaging International is seeking a Finance Inventory and Production Reporting Coordinator to ensure accurate production data and inventory reporting. You will review and finalize data for financial reporting, close production orders, and correct errors in SAP.

You will partner with operations leadership, manage cycle counts, and supervise inventory adjustments for raw materials and finished goods.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of manufacturing experience, including inventory control and production reporting preferred.
• Strong accounting background and ability to work with SAP and PEAK systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain 90% compliance between shop floor reporting and division policies.
• Ensure accuracy of Raw Materials, WIP and Finished Goods inventory balances and quantities.
• Close production orders and correct transactional errors in SAP.
• Train plant employees on SAP and PEAK usage and data entry.
