Job summary

Graphic Packaging International is seeking an Inventory and Production Reporting Specialist to ensure accurate production data and inventory reporting across converting locations. You will manage corrections, review data for financial reporting, and collaborate with Finance to ensure data integrity.

The role requires strong accounting skills, experience with SAP and PEAK, and the ability to train plant personnel on proper data entry and processes. Travel of 5%–10% is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or similar preferred.
• 1-3 years of manufacturing experience, especially in inventory control and production reporting.
• Strong accounting background and proficiency with SAP and PEAK systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to interact with shop floor personnel and management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain 90% compliance between shop floor reporting and division policies.
• Ensure accuracy of Raw Materials, WIP and Finished Goods inventory balances.
• Close production orders and correct transactional errors in SAP/PEAK.
• Train plant staff on SAP/PEAK usage and data entry.
• Report daily production information to Finance and Plant Management.
• Perform daily cycle counts and record variances.
