Job summary

Graphic Packaging International is seeking an Inventory and Production Reporting Coordinator to serve as the finance presence at converting locations. You will ensure the accuracy of production data and inventory reporting, review and close production orders, and prepare data for financial review.

The role requires a strong accounting background, SAP and PEAK proficiency, and advanced Excel skills, plus 5–10% travel.

Qualifications

• Strong accounting background and ability to review financial data.
• 5% - 10% travel required.
• Interact with shop floor, plant management and Finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business preferred.
• 1-3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy of Raw Materials, WIP and Finished Goods inventories.
• Review and close all production orders and report daily production data.
• Identify and correct transactional errors in SAP End of Shift Reports.
• Train plant employees on SAP and PEAK data entry and usage.
• Manage daily cycle counts and inventory adjustments with leadership approval.
