Job summary

Life is Good is hiring a hands-on warehouse/production picker on a hybrid schedule serving our Hudson, NH and Boston-area teams. You will pull, label, and stage garments, verify accuracy, and keep inventory flowing to presses and folders.

Prior warehouse or fulfillment experience is preferred, but eagerness and reliability are key. In this role you’ll work 4 ten-hour or 3 twelve-hour shifts depending on the week, with in-office days Wednesdays and Thursdays in Hudson or Boston.

Qualifications

• Warehouse, production or fulfillment experience preferred.
• Able to read and communicate in basic English.
• Able to lift 30–50 pounds frequently and climb stairs as needed.
• Able to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Pull blank garments to fill production orders using an RF scanner.
• Print and apply production labels, verifying accuracy before moving forward.
• Stage production batches in rolling bins and deliver to printers as directed.
• Replenish pick bin locations to ensure inventory at point of need.
• Maintain clean, organized shelf locations and complete housekeeping daily.
• Communicate discrepancies to the team leader to avoid disruption.
• Follow all safety procedures each shift and adapt to digital workflows.
