A great print doesn't become a great product until it's inspected, folded, tagged, and binned correctly. You are the final set of eyes before a garment leaves the production floor — the person who makes sure what we send out is something we're proud of. Your work keeps the line moving, orders accurate, and quality intact from the dryer to the door.

You have experience in a warehouse, production, or fulfillment environment.
You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
You can read and communicate in basic English.
You catch, fold, and hangtag garments as they come off the dryer, keeping pace with the line.
You inspect every print for quality — catching off-center, crooked, or defective prints before they move forward.
You communicate immediately with the press operator when reprints are needed so the line stays on track.
You count, collate, and bin orders accurately so fulfillment receives exactly what was requested.
You maintain a clean, organized workstation and complete daily housekeeping assignments.
You meet or exceed hourly production targets every shift.
You follow all safety procedures without exception.
You use available digital tools and resources to quickly look up order details, quality standards, or process guidance — so questions get answered without slowing the line.
You stay open to digitally-assisted workflows and new production technologies as they are introduced on the floor.
You bring consistency and focus to physical, repetitive work — quality and accuracy don't slip because the task is familiar.
You catch problems at your station before they become problems downstream.
You keep count, stay organized, and follow directions so orders leave the floor right the first time.
You set a steady, reliable example that the people around you can follow.
