Job summary

Life is Good is seeking a warehouse/production worker to support the garment production line in our New Hampshire facility. You will catch, fold, tag, and bin garments as they exit the dryer, ensuring accuracy and speed while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse, production, or fulfillment environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and communicate in basic English.

Responsibilities

• Catch, fold, and hangtag garments as they come off the dryer, keeping pace with the line.
• Inspect each print for quality and identify defects before shipment.
• Communicate with the press operator when reprints are needed to keep the line on track.
• Count, collate, and bin orders accurately for fulfillment.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and complete daily housekeeping tasks.
• Meet or exceed hourly production targets each shift.
• Follow all safety procedures without exception.
• Utilize digital tools to look up order details or quality standards when needed.
• Adapt to digitally-assisted workflows and new production technologies.
