Job summary

tms is offering a Production Intern position as part of its Summer Internship Program in Chicago. You'll support day-to-day production, assist with client projects, and contribute to bids, schedules, and milestones alongside cross-functional teams.

You'll engage with internal and external partners, learn policy and process standards, and gain hands-on experience across print and digital production while building project management skills that prepare you for a career in a dynamic agency

Qualifications

• Rising Junior, Senior, or Recent Graduate.
• GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Solutions-oriented with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, enjoys building relationships and working with others.
• Proficient in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong time and project management skills, comfortable juggling multiple tasks.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Resourceful and a proactive self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Supports day-to-day production lead on assigned client projects; provides project updates on status calls/emails.
• Aids in preparation of project bids (estimates), schedules, and milestones for team members.
• Engage and collaborate with internal and external partners to identify program needs and create effective solutions to ensure final products represent the quality of tms.
