Job Opening: General Laborer at McPherson Products

McPherson Products, based in St. Cloud, Minnesota, is seeking full-time General Laborers to join our team. We provide expert insulation services to residential and commercial clients across Minneapolis, Alexandria, and beyond.

What you offer:

• Experience with drywall, taping, roofing, landscaping, construction, or insulation is an asset.
• Ability to work in various environmental conditions (indoors/outdoors, hot/cold).
• Comfort working at heights and in tight spaces.
• Effective teamwork skills.
• Strong time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Availability for overtime and weekend work.
• Basic reading, writing, math, and computer skills.

Standard Job Duties:

• Assist with insulation installation in attics, walls, and other areas using materials such as fiberglass batts.
• Complete paperwork accurately and on time, load/unload materials and equipment, maintain cleanliness of the job site, and perform maintenance tasks as needed.
• Work Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends, starting as early as 6:30 am with flexible end times.
• Travel for work when required.
• Work in pairs on various job sites, both indoors and outdoors.
• Perform tasks in confined spaces like attics and crawlspaces.
• Work at heights, standing, bending, lifting, and using ladders.
• Wear PPE such as safety boots, glasses, gloves, masks/respirators, and overalls.
• Operate common handheld power tools.
