Job summary

JBS Prepared Foods in Council Bluffs, IA is hiring for a 1st shift production role. Starting wage is $20.60 per hour with great benefits, including weekly pay and a $1/hr shift differential.

Employees receive 10 days of paid vacation after 60 days, full benefits after 60 days, and access to Free Community College for Employees and Dependents. Work environment includes a refrigerated setting and standing for extended periods.

Work Environment / Physical Demands

• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment, temperatures ranging from 10°F to 40°F.
• Standing for extended periods of time
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Work in a fast paced environment, with repetitive motion work
• Ability to work multiple shiftswhen needed
• Ability to work overtime as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred
