Olsten Staffing is assisting a local client in Monroe, North Carolina to find an experienced and eager production assistant to join their growing team!

The Production Assistant supports the Multistage Operator and Second Operator in running multi-stage presses efficiently and safely while ensuring products meet quality standards. This position also helps with general plant duties and training responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety rules and participate in Safety, Health, and Environmental programs.
