Job summary

Mittera in Pineville, NC is hiring Press Assistants on all shifts. This entry-level role supports the Press Department by stacking and bundling printed products and assisting in operating the web-fed offset press, with room to grow into skilled roles.

You will work in a fast-paced production environment, adhere to safety and quality standards, and collaborate with the team to ensure timely shipping of finished goods. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and follow written instructions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Jog and hand-palletize printed products off the press equipment
• Stage stacker equipment to meet current job requirements
• Pack boxes according to load tickets and ship finished goods
• Check printed product for quality defects
• Assist press team during make-ready with maintenance tasks
• Keep press areas clean and stocked with supplies
• Perform other duties as assigned
