Base pay range

$30.00/hr - $35.00/hr

Position Overview

The Production Graphic Designer is responsible for creating engaging visual content that meets the production needs of various projects. This role combines creative design skills with technical knowledge to produce high-quality graphics for both print and digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency and effective communication of messages.

This is a full remote role, 5-10 hours a week, for atleast the next two months with the potential to extend. Candidates must be comfortable working MST hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop visual concepts that align with project goals.
• Design and produce graphics for print materials such as brochures, posters, and banners.
• Create digital assets for social media, websites, and online advertising campaigns.
• Manage layout design and typography to enhance visual communication and readability.
• Utilize illustration techniques to create unique visual elements as needed.
• Prepare and optimize graphics for various production processes and ensure files meet technical specifications.
• Stay updated on design trends and best practices in graphic design, print production, and digital media.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of print production processes and digital media requirements.
• Experience in layout design and typography with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience using project management software similar to Monday.com.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
