Job summary

ManpowerGroup is hiring Production Generalists for multiple shifts in Texas. You will operate printing, sorting, and mail processing equipment while ensuring quality and productivity. Training will cover setup, adjustments, and manual mailing tasks to support efficient mail production.

Candidates should be reliable, able to stand most of the shift, lift 20–50 lbs, and be flexible for overtime, weekends, and holidays. Benefits include weekly pay and health coverage options.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and data entry.
• Clear English reading/writing and effective communication.
• Ability to stand ~95% of shift.
• Able to lift 20–50 pounds.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate printing and mail processing equipment.
• Set up and adjust equipment for accurate processing.
• Perform quality inspections and verify counts.
• Insert documents into envelopes and prepare mailings.
• Sort and stage mail for distribution.
