ManpowerGroup is hiring Production Generalists for 1st shift in the Stafford, TX area. You will operate printing, sorting, and mail processing equipment, ensuring accuracy, quality, and productivity. Training provided in a fast-paced production environment.

The role requires basic computer skills, English communication, and the ability to stand most of the shift; lifting up to 50 lbs and overtime could be required. Weekly pay and benefits available.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills with data entry and navigation.

Responsibilities

• Operate printing equipment to produce statements, insurance cards, loyalty cards and more.
• Set up and adjust production equipment for accurate processing.
• Perform quality inspections and verify quantities.
• Insert documents into envelopes and prepare mailings.
• Operate presorting equipment and identify damaged mail for reprints.
• Sort and stage completed mail for distribution.
• Respond to machine errors and perform basic troubleshooting.

We’re Hiring Production Generalists | 1st Shift

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour | Weekly Pay

Paid Lunch: 30 Minute Paid Lunch

Available Shifts

• Thursday through Monday | 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM

• Wednesday through Sunday | 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM

• Saturday through Wednesday | 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM

• Friday through Tuesday | 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking dependable and detail oriented Production Generalists to join a fast paced production environment. In this role, you will be trained to operate printing, sorting, and mail processing equipment while ensuring accuracy, quality, and productivity standards are met.

Primary Responsibilities

• Operate printing equipment used to produce statements, insurance cards, loyalty cards, and other materials

• Set up and adjust production equipment to ensure accurate processing

• Perform quality inspections and verify production quantities

• Manually insert documents into envelopes and prepare mailings for shipment

• Operate presorting equipment and identify damaged mail for reprints

• Sort and stage completed mail for distribution

• Respond to machine error messages and perform basic troubleshooting

Requirements

• Basic computer skills, including data entry and navigation

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

• Ability to stand for approximately 95% of the shift

• Ability to lift between 20 and 50 pounds

• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Experience in a high volume production or manufacturing environment

• Understanding of production workflows and quality standards

• Team oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
