Richelieu Foods Inc. is seeking Production Staff to operate and support the pizza production line at our Beaver Dam facility. The role requires versatility across crust handling, stacking, and packing tasks, with strong attention to inventory and safety standards.

The position emphasizes following GMPs, maintaining cleanliness, and rotating among line duties during a 10-hour shift schedule. Overtime may be applicable, and candidates should be able to lift up to 40 lbs regularly.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Stand for up to 10 hours per shift; comfortable with repetitive motion.

Responsibilities

• Operate the pizza production line and perform line changeovers.
• Stack pizzas, place crusts, and pack pizzas into boxes.
• Track inventories, counts of ingredients, and finished products.
• Check and communicate code dates to team members.
• Notify supervision of actual or potential equipment problems.
• Maintain sanitation and housekeeping in the area.
• Rotate to various jobs on the pizza line as needed.
• Follow verbal instructions from supervision and safety procedures.
• Must use required safety equipment.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Compensation is based on experience, geographic locations, and other legally permitted factors. The starting hourly rate is $17.25.
