Job summary

Richelieu Foods, Inc. is seeking a 1st Shift Material Handler at our Wisconsin facility to ensure timely delivery of supplies to production lines. The role requires safe forklift operation and adherence to GMP and sanitation standards.

You will coordinate with other Material Handlers, maintain accurate inventories, and put away warehouse picks. This is a full-time, onsite position offering paid time off and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of consistent and safe stand-up forklift operation
• Ability to read and understand line schedules and material needs
• Good attendance and on-site availability

Responsibilities

• Transport all needed supplies to required line or pre-batch area on time.
• Communicate with internal customers to determine proper quantities and placement of items.
• Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices and maintain sanitation and housekeeping.
• Put away warehouse picks accurately and safely.
• Coordinate with other Material Handlers to ensure smooth operations of the department.
• Inform supervisors of issues or concerns and perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation is based on experience, geographic locations, and other legally permitted factors. The starting hourly rate is $18.32.
