Responsibilities

  • Maintain facility housekeeping and general cleaning.
  • Follow all plant and safety rules including PPE requirements.
  • Perform cleaning inside and outside the facility (restrooms, offices, production areas).
  • Assist production and shipping duties as needed.
  • Operate forklift or bobcat as required.
  • Paint as needed and empty trash throughout the facility.
  • Notify supervisor if supplies are needed; take on other duties as assigned.

Job description

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (Other Duties As Assigned)
  • Maintains housekeeping in the facility.
  • Responsible for following all plant and safety rules including all safety Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.
  • Performs cleaning duties both inside and outside the facility. These areas include but are not limited to plant restrooms, locker rooms, break areas, basement, production areas and plant offices.
  • Assists with production and shipping department duties as required.
  • Operate forklift or bobcat as required to perform assigned duties.
  • General painting throughout facility.
  • Empties trash receptacles throughout the facility.
  • Notifies Supervisor regarding any supplies needed to complete duties.
  • Any and all other responsibilities as assigned by supervision.
Education & Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must be able to work rotating shift schedule, holidays and overtime

  • Organization: Must have sound organizational skills in order to process job related data and in relation to work area materials and equipment.
