Nestlé USA is hiring a Model F Operator in Springville, Utah. You will operate the Model F machine, troubleshoot as needed, and ensure production meets quality standards across a 10‑hour rotating shift (1st or 2nd).

Responsibilities include gathering equipment and recipes, maintaining accurate paperwork, reducing waste, calibrating scales, and ensuring proper labeling and labeling integrity. Heavy lifting and data entry are required.

• Must have basic proficiency of English language to comply with verbal and written directions, signs, policies and procedures.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• 90 days of food manufacturing experience working in a Nestle factory preferred.

Nestle is hiring machine operators specifically the Model F Operator.

The shifts are 10 hr rotating shifts on 1st or 2nd shift.

Job Description: Operates the Model F machine and troubleshoots as necessary in order to produce quality product to satisfy production needs throughout shift.

The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
