Motion Recruitment partners with a leading provider of technology-enabled claims and risk management solutions to scale its AI engineering org. You will design, build and operate production Generative AI agents, workflows, and applications with backend Python services and modern frontend UIs.

The role emphasizes deployment, observability, and cross-team collaboration across enterprise systems in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Production-grade AI experience required.
• Hands-on experience shipping AI-powered apps or agents.
• Experience operating production software in cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and operate production Generative AI agents, workflows, and applications.
• Develop backend services and APIs using Python.
• Build user-facing apps with React or similar frameworks.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems and data platforms.
• Develop AI workflows with orchestration, tool use, and human-in-the-loop processes.
• Build and operate cloud-based solutions in AWS.
• Implement infrastructure as code with Terraform.
• Create CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
• Ensure authentication, logging, monitoring, and observability for production systems.
• Assess AI systems for correctness, reliability, and performance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate processes into software.
• Work with security, data, and vendor teams.
