Position Summary

The Production & Fulfillment Associate is responsible for managing the output and logistics at the Division Marketing Services Print Center. This role involves producing and finishing a variety of printed products according to detailed specifications, adhering to a daily schedule while maintaining high quality standards.

Responsibilities

1. Operate equipment such as large format printers, digital presses, laminators, creasers, electric cutters, and binding machines.
2. Maintain and troubleshoot equipment, perform cleaning, monitor meters, and coordinate service calls.
3. Manage inventory and forecast supplies using approved vendors.
4. Perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, meeting strict deadlines.
5. Troubleshoot mechanical issues with equipment.
6. Conduct finishing work including cutting, laminating, and binding.
7. Prepare parcels for shipping, including packing, weighing, and labeling.
8. Implement cost-saving logistics practices.
9. Track waste, spoilage, usage, inventory, and service credits.
10. Perform additional printing and administrative tasks as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: $38,700 - $61,850, based on skills, experience, and location.
