Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking a dependable shipping/receiving associate to ensure flawless outbound shipments by preparing paperwork, verifying addresses, and documenting transportation methods, space, and charges. Build crates, load/unload safely, and maintain accurate records.

You will operate forklifts, pallet jacks, cranes, shop saws, and assist with WIP and finished goods, supporting production as needed. 0–3 years of experience and basic Excel required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–3 years of manufacturing shipping/receiving experience.
• Detail orientation, multitasking, and clear English communication (read/write/speak).
• Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Comfort with woodworking and crate building.

Responsibilities

• Ensure flawless outbound shipments by preparing paperwork, verifying addresses, and documenting transportation method, space, and charges.
• Build shipping boxes and crates; load/unload safely and efficiently.
• Receive materials accurately: identify, label, and enter data into the appropriate tracking mechanism.
• Complete shipping and receiving reports; flag damages and discrepancies for accounting and records.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, cranes, and other equipment to move product across the facility.
• Move WIP and finished goods; assist teammates with production and inventory needs.
• Run a saw to cut material for manufacturing when production requires it.
• Drive pickup or flatbed trucks to transport materials and machinery.
• Maintain accurate inventory and support periodic counts.
