Job summary

Snackios is seeking a warehouse/production team member to safely operate a forklift, palletize finished products, and prepare items for storage and shipment. This hands-on role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a safety-first mindset.

You will move materials through the facility, build and label pallets, load and unload as needed, and stage products for orders. Physical effort, adherence to procedures, and collaboration with other departments are essential.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
• Move finished products and materials throughout the facility.
• Palletize finished products accurately and securely for storage and delivery.
• Build, wrap, label, and organize pallets according to company standards.
• Load and unload products and materials as directed.
• Pick and stage finished products for orders and shipment.
• Verify product quantities and ensure pallets are properly prepared for delivery.
• Maintain organized storage areas and keep aisles and work areas clear.
• Follow forklift operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Perform routine equipment checks and report any safety concerns.
• Assist with general warehouse, production, and housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Work effectively as part of a team and assist other departments when required.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
