Job Responsibilities

1. Oversee and supervise all component or millwork production activities at a specific location for the assigned shift, including planning, coordinating, and assigning work to meet or exceed output and productivity goals.
2. Evaluate the efficiency of work processes and identify and implement process improvements to optimize productivity.
3. Provide on-the-job skills and quality standards training to both new and seasoned employees to ensure ongoing learning and self-development opportunities.
4. Meet with teams and lead workers to communicate daily, weekly, and monthly production goals; encourage questions and suggestions; and provide feedback on accomplishments and upcoming challenges to motivate employees.
5. Oversee activities such as maintaining inventory levels, unloading, storage, and movement of raw materials, as well as the placement and loading of finished products for shipping and delivery.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED, and five (5) years of experience performing and coordinating component manufacturing activities, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
