The Associate in this position actively develops the skills and competencies required for the Component Technician/Truss Designer role. The trainee is expected to complete a comprehensive 16-week training program, which includes online modules, classroom sessions, and hands-on experience.
An associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience in construction or design shops. Prior shop or construction experience is preferred. Framing experience is a plus.
