Job summary

Lyric is the trusted leader in healthcare decision intelligence. The company seeks a Full-Stack Engineer to own escalated production issues and contribute to end-to-end platform delivery across web interfaces, APIs, and data services.

The role emphasizes producing durable code fixes, improving observability, and building secure, scalable solutions in a cloud environment. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. No visa sponsorship is available.

Qualifications

  • At least two (2) years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
  • Hands-on experience with C# and .NET backend services.
  • Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript and a modern frontend framework (Angular/React).
  • Experience designing and troubleshooting RESTful APIs/microservices.
  • 2+ years working with relational databases and SQL.

Responsibilities

  • Own escalated, high-impact production and customer issues from intake through resolution, including triage, reproduction, containment, and root-cause analysis.
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain platform capabilities across web interfaces, APIs, services, and data-access layers.
  • Implement secure, durable fixes for production defects, improve observability, and develop runbooks and documentation.
  • Collaborate with product managers, data analysts, and engineering peers to align solutions with customer needs.
