Job summary

Thistle Health is seeking a Production Flow Supervisor for our Vacaville, CA facility. You will orchestrate production planning, coordinate Kitchen, Warehouse, Logistics, and Production departments to ensure on-time delivery while maintaining data accuracy across planning systems.

The role emphasizes proactive planning, real-time monitoring, risk assessment, and staffing coordination to meet Customer Delivery commitments.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
2+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in food manufacturing.
Experience with production planning, scheduling, or coordination roles preferred.
Proficiency in Production Planning systems.
Advanced Google Sheets for data management.
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory tracking systems.

Responsibilities

Develop multi-cycle forward planning and execute daily schedule optimisation.
Create shift plans and input future cycle requirements for the Kitchen and production teams.
Monitor live progress tracking against scheduled plans and drive corrective actions when deviations occur.
Facilitate communication between the Kitchen, Production, Warehouse, and Logistics departments.
Manage Production Planning Tools and ensure data accuracy across counts and execution tracking.
Coordinate WMS ad hoc requests and requisitions.
