Job summary

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of relevant experience, strong data analysis skills, and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 2 years relevant experience in production control, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, logistics, or material management
• Ability to analyze operational data and communicate insights, including experience with spreadsheets (Excel or equivalent), basic reporting or data tracking
• Experience or coursework exposure to ERP or MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, Costpoint or similar tools)
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, lookups)
• Yellow or Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma
• Demonstrated ability to identify constraints, assess tradeoffs, and recommend solutions
• Written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present information to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Basic understanding of manufacturing or production environments, including scheduling, material flow, work-in-process, or shop floor operations
• Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, deadline driven environment

Responsibilities

• Supports production planning and control, total quality management, systems, manufacturing, equipment and facilities engineering, material management, and process reengineering
• Facilitates self-directed work teams and trains teams and peers
• Interacts with internal and external customers regarding product planning, problem resolution, and process improvement
• Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice
