Vertiv Corporation is seeking a Team Coordinator to support the supervisor in maintaining continuous production flow and to relieve bottlenecks within the department. The role involves filling in for positions as needed, identifying shortages, and facilitating Lean Manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities include addressing workflow issues, learning all positions, and communicating needs to Supervisors, Engineers, and Managers.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED and minimal WorkKeys scores for the position.
• 4+ Years Experience.
• Previous lead position experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Reduces production bottlenecks on the manufacturing product line.
• Addresses and corrects workflow issues.
• Learns all positions and fills in as needed.
• Identifies part and resource shortages and provides solutions.
• Communicates above situations to Supervisors, Engineers and Managers as appropriate.
