Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: High School graduate or GED and basic WorkKeys scores.
• 4+ years of experience; prior lead position preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reduces production bottlenecks on the manufacturing line.
• Addresses and corrects workflow issues.
• Learns all positions and fills in as needed.
• Identifies parts and resource shortages and provides viable solutions.
• Communicates above situations to Supervisors, Engineers and Managers as appropriate.
