Job summary

Subaru of Indiana Automotive, Inc. seeks a Production Control Analyst to optimize vehicle flow and model mix through data-driven decision making. The role involves frequent interaction with production floor personnel, diagnosing issues, and ensuring accurate tracking of vehicles across the plant.

The analyst will troubleshoot floor devices, assist maintenance and IS teams, and generate daily reports on downtime and production progress, supporting efficiency improvements and cost control.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree with 1+ year of experience.
• Field of study: Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, Mathematics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Interact with production floor personnel to ensure correct processing of vehicle tracking data.
• Troubleshoot and repair floor devices (printers, scanners, data input terminals).
• Create and maintain daily production reports and condition analytics.
• Coordinate with maintenance and IS operations during troubleshooting.
• Support scheduling and overtime decisions to maximize efficiency.

Education
