Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to production personnel with relevant information.
• Assist Production Manager and Supervisors in resolving issues on orders near shipment.
• Track and expedite rework identified in assembly.
• Collaborate with Purchasing to obtain missing items for the manufacturing process.
• Maintain daily communication with Project Management Group to update order status and resolutions.
• Schedule and monitor internal Manufacturing Orders and maintain min-max levels.
• Distribute daily/weekly shortage reports to stakeholders.
• Participate in production meetings to provide real-time status updates.
• Update ERP/MRP system transactions to reflect accurate part locations and priorities.
