Stored Energy Systems (SENS) in Longmont, CO is seeking a Production Support Technician to provide hands‑on technical support on the manufacturing floor. You will troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and test equipment, repair fixtures, and help keep production moving.

The role emphasizes diagnosing and repairing equipment, maintaining tooling, and performing preventive maintenance and calibrations to improve safety and efficiency on the line.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (AAS/AS) in a technical field or 4+ years of hands‑on electronics/manufacturing experience.
• Strong hands‑on electrical and mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot complex equipment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
• Experience using diagnostic/measurement equipment (multimeters, scopes, load banks, data‑acquisition systems).
• Ability to independently build/repair/maintain fixtures and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on technical support to the manufacturing floor to minimize disruptions.
• Troubleshoot products failing test or final inspection using schematics and diagnostic tools.
• Repair and maintain production/test equipment and fixtures.
• Design/modify production fixtures to improve manufacturability and reliability.
• Perform preventive maintenance and calibrations with PM schedules.
