Job summary

Decore is seeking an experienced production supervisor to lead a 15–40 person team in a fast-paced, make-to-order environment. You will update schedules, manage timecards, and drive staff onboarding and training while maintaining safety and quality.

The role requires bilingual Spanish/English communication, weekend availability, and occasional travel outside California to support leads and operations.

Qualifications

• 5 years in a leadership position (Supervisor and above).
• Ability to effectively lead and motivate staff.
• Excellent communication and writing skills from production employees to executive level.
• Must be bilingual Spanish/English.
• Willingness to travel outside California and work weekends; 3:00am shifts occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily leadership to a production team of 15–40 employees.
• Update production schedules and review timecards weekly.
• Hire, onboard, and train staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Mentor and develop team members to improve performance.
• Plan production activities to meet customer demand and budget.
