The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, strong attendance, and the ability to work a fast-paced, shift-based schedule across days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Commitment to teamwork and improving operations is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must demonstrate GMPs and safe working habits.
• Must be able to lift over 50 pounds frequently.
• Must learn and perform all positions.
• Must work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must work any shift, nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
• Must have excellent attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Relieving department associates for breaks, lunches, days off, and vacations.
• Covering unplanned absences and assisting on the production floor.
• Understanding maintenance and preventative maintenance of equipment.
• Leading and driving improvements in department and plant operations.
• Promoting GMPs and safety in the department.
