Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the assembly area in Chandler, AZ. This hands-on role requires ~90% time on the production floor, managing staff, schedules, and continuous improvement projects using lean and six sigma methods.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in manufacturing or engineering, 2+ years in semiconductor capital equipment, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience in high-tech manufacturing. SAP knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, Engineering discipline/equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience in semiconductor capital equipment or related industry is highly preferred.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience in high-technology manufacturing required.
• Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems (SAP preferred) and lean six sigma methodologies is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervises manufacturing personnel in the assembly area and develops work schedules.
• Hires, trains, and develops staff; maintains a training/skill matrix.
• Oversees production issues to meet delivery and quality objectives.
• Collaborates with materials, engineering, and quality teams to ensure parts availability and quality.
