Job summary

Yanfeng US Automotive Interior Systems I LLC is seeking a Leader Production to oversee the production floor, ensuring efficient operation and on‑time delivery of quality products through daily supervision of plant personnel.

You will champion process improvements, review shift passdowns, coordinate staff meetings, and drive KPI reviews while enforcing 5S standards and supporting talent development. This full-time role requires a Bachelor’s degree and equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Level Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or similar.
• Equivalent work experience may be considered for certain positions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure manpower, equipment and components are available to meet customer demand.
• Review prior shift pass down to prioritize actions needed.
• Coordinate daily staff meetings to discuss production status.
• Compile KPI data for daily management review.
• Monitor current running status and open issues.
• Train and develop Supervisors and manage performance reviews.
• Review and distribute end of shift reports to management.
• Coordinate scrap review meetings with Supervisors and support functions.
• Participate in staff selection and recruitment process.
• Perform daily operator efficiency reviews and root-cause analysis.
• Participate in LPA audits.
• Audit and enforce 5S standards.
