Job summary

Yanfeng Global Automotive Interiors is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee manufacturing operations in line with strategic and annual profit plans. The role directs Safety, Quality, Logistics, Operations, Continuous Improvement, Maintenance and Employee Relations at the plant.

The candidate will lead a high-performance Plant Management team, drive lean deployment, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain strong engagement with cross-functional teams to achieve on-time delivery and cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance or similar field.
• Minimum 7 years experience with plant/department responsibilities.
• 7 years experience automotive manufacturing, plastic injection molding or similar plant environment, some within a JIT environment.

Responsibilities

• Leads the Plant Management team and direct and manage plant operations for production, technical, engineering, launch, quality, supply chain, IT and EHS.
• Manages and maintains the quality system; provides resources to maintain the system.
• Maintains Environmental Management System and provides resources to sustain system quality.
• Conducts management reviews of the quality and EM system.
• Responsible for customer satisfaction and safety of employees, visitors and contractors.
• Coordinate plant activities through planning with departmental managers to meet manufacturing objectives.
