Job summary

Quintech Electronics & Communications, Inc. is seeking a Production Floater in Soldering/Assembly, primarily performing hand soldering of through-hole and SMT components on PCBs and preparing wires for test cable assemblies.

The position is full-time, daylight hours, Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm, located in Indiana, Pennsylvania. Additional duties include operating soldering robots and wire preparation, with a strong emphasis on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Soldering experience required.
• Must be available for in-person daylight shifts only.
• Must possess manual dexterity; comfortable using magnification tools.
• Must be safety conscious and comfortable with hot tools.
• Must have basic computer skills, be organized, and have great attention to detail.
• Must be able to sit for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products per established standards.
• Operate soldering robots for placement of shields and wave soldering.
• Solder components to PCBs per drawings and schematics.
• Prepare and crimp wires and test cable assemblies.
• Perform other related duties as requested.
