Qualifications

Quintech Electronics & Communications, Inc. is seeking a Production Technician - Floater

Full‑time, daylight position, M-F 7:00am-3:30pm

Additional Duties

• Assembler Technician
• Inventory Technician
• Mechanical-Silkscreen Technician
• Shipping/Receiving/Packaging Technician
• Soldering Technician

Candidate Requirements

• Must have high school diploma or GED
• Experience is preferred in two or more of the following:
  • Silkscreen
  • Mechanical Fabrication
  • Inventory
  • Shipping/Receiving/Packaging
  • Soldering
  • Assembling
• Must have ability to read blueprints and schematics, use calipers, micrometers and tape measurer
• Must have strong math aptitude along with the ability to work precisely with small parts and do repetitive work; must possess physical and manual dexterity skills and be safety conscious
• Basic computer skills needed along with alpha/numeric keyboard skills. Position requires tact, professionalism & diplomacy
• Must have the ability to work on an individual basis as well as in a team environment along with a demonstrated ability to report to work as scheduled and on time
• Excellent organizational skills and great attention to detail are required as well as strong planning, time, and project management skills with a focus on safety and quality, along with the ability to carry out written and oral instructions
