Job summary

Rusco Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Support Technician / Production Floater to help keep the CNC operation running smoothly. This role moves across the shop, assisting production, material handling, marking, inspection/rework, and shipping to remove obstacles and keep parts flowing.

The ideal candidate enjoys staying busy, is dependable, and can handle a wide variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment while keeping machines running and production moving.

Qualifications

• Dependable and with strong attendance.
• Able to work in a fast-paced machine shop.
• Willing to perform a wide variety of tasks.
• Doesn't need constant direction; proactive.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and stage material to prevent machine downtime.
• Move material throughout the facility and assist with loading/unloading.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as needed.
• Support shipping during high-volume periods and keep areas organized.
