Qualifications

• Experience in food/feed production is a plus.
• Ability to read gauges and interpret signs.
• Ability to operate basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor processing equipment to ensure product specs are met.
• Read gauges for temperature, moisture, and pressure.
• Operate forklift, yard truck, and related equipment.
• Assist in loading/unloading trailers and organizing yard.
• Complete documentation every two hours with observations.
