Job summary

RRD is seeking candidates for a role in De Pere, Wisconsin, where you will inspect products for quality and pack them accordingly. Responsibilities include counting trays, documenting progress, and ensuring product quality.

• Count trays on pallet against shipping documents.
• Document progress and issues across departments/shifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to exercise basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Ability to read a standard ruler
• Ability to visually identify and inspect detailed product for defects
• Ability to stand for sustained periods of time
• Ability to coordinate hand and foot movements to operate staple machine

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range for this role at the noted RRD location is $16.00 - $20.40 / hour. Starting pay decisions are determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other business needs. Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay.
