TPC is a leading international debt financier serving the film and television industry, offering tax credit advisory, brokerage, and post-production accounting services. We are seeking a Junior Production Accounting and Audit Analyst to join the Commercials division to manage documentation for state submissions and support audits.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of production accounting experience as a 2nd Assistant Accountant.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, lookups, pivot tables and large-dataset reconciliation).
• Working knowledge of film production cost reports, payroll, and accounts payable.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines; Georgia-based preferred; familiarity with film accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Process and oversee organization of commercial production incentive documentation for state submissions, supported by internal automation.
• Reconcile and tie out expenditures against production budgets, cost reports, and general ledgers.
• Prepare complete, detailed submission packages for audit and/or state film offices.
• Provide analysis of expenditures to determine qualified versus non-qualified spend under state incentive rules.
• Maintain detailed workbooks and tracking methods for ongoing state filing deadlines.
• Track deadlines and keep submissions moving across multiple projects and jurisdictions.
• Assist in evolution of internal technology and accounting processes.
• Familiarize yourself with new state qualification elements/requirements for commercial incentive programs.
• Collect quarterly withholding reports.
