Job summary

Cumberland Dairy is seeking a Filler Operator to perform a range of duties including maintaining, breaking down and setting up equipment, and troubleshooting to resolve operating issues. The role focuses on operating an extended shelf-life filler to maximize quality while following GMP and communicating with all departments to meet daily deadlines.

The position offers a 2-2-3 rotating schedule on the night shift (6pm-6:30am) with benefits such as a 401(k) with company contribution, healthcare,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months related experience or training is preferred.
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks.
• Must be able to read, speak, and write in English.
• Must be able to stand, walk, pull, push, reach and bend virtually the entire shift.
• Must be able to regularly lift up to 25 pounds, with capabilities to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends and holidays.

JOB SUMMARY

Cumberland Dairy has immediate job openings for a Filler Operator team member to perform an array of functions including maintaining, breaking down and setting up equipment and machinery, while troubleshooting and resolving operating issues. Filler Operator will be responsible for operating extended shelf-life filler and producing the maximum amount of quality product within specified ranges, while following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and communicating effectively with all departments and meeting daily deadlines.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months related experience or training is preferred

• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks
• Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimalMust be able to read, speak, and write in English
• Must be able to legibly write entries for record keeping
• Must be able to stand, walk, pull, push, reach and bend virtually the entire shift
• Must be ableto regularly lift up to 25 pounds, with capabilities to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends and holidays
